Dry screw vacuum pump working principle:

Similar to the screw compressor, the working process of the screw dry vacuum pump can be divided into three processes: suction, compression and exhaust。As the rotor rotates, each pair of meshing teeth successively completes the same working cycle, now illustrated by one pair of teeth。

During the suction process, the positive rotor rotates counterclockwise and the negative screw rotates clockwise。The upper rotor end face is the suction section, and the lower end face is the exhaust end face。

The compression process turning on the end face is the exhaust end face。Here, the positive rotor rotates in a clockwise direction and the negative rotor rotates in a counterclockwise direction。The upper rotor end face is the suction section, and the lower end face is the exhaust end face。

Exhaust process The exhaust process of the screw pump, after the volume between the teeth is connected with the exhaust port, the exhaust process begins。With the continuous reduction of the volume between the teeth, the gas with exhaust pressure is gradually discharged through the exhaust port。
